However, please note, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide an exchange or refund for change of mind if the item has been tried on and/or worn.
All of our items have a full replacement warranty on manufacturing faults, for the lifetime of the first baby they are intended for in nappies. In such instances, a replacement item will be provided, however the exact pattern/colour of the replacement item may vary from the original item. A full refund will be provided for faulty items if a suitable replacement is not available.
All items are inspected through our stringent quality control measures to ensure the highest of quality before being sent to you, however if you find a fault with any item please contact us immediately.
If an incorrect item is received in your parcel, please contact us within 7 days for this to be rectified.
