However, if you receive an item that you are not completely happy with, please contact us and we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or refund. However, please note, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide an exchange or refund for change of mind if the item has been tried on and/or worn.
All of our items have a full replacement warranty on manufacturing faults, for the lifetime of the first baby they are intended for in nappies. In such instances, a replacement item will be provided, however the exact pattern/colour of the replacement item may vary from the original item. A full refund will be provided for faulty items if a suitable replacement is not available.
All items are inspected through our stringent quality control measures to ensure the highest of quality before being sent to you, however if you find a fault with any item please contact us immediately.
If an incorrect item is received in your parcel, please contact us within 7 days for this to be rectified.
